Tae Ham is a Tampa, Florida based artist and self-proclaimed futurist. Ham challenges old narratives of a futuristic society without the traditional representation of Black individuals. His murky, dream-like paintings gives the viewer an almost psychedelic experience of worlds not known to this planet or this time period. Ham’s artwork highlights African/African-American culture, spirituality and aesthetics.
Black Haüs's current direction is forward. They continue to be human jukeboxes, merging any and all musical styles created by black people. Every song lives in a different space from the last, keeping their listeners on their toes.
